FlexArc Solo ST
Offering reliable, efficient performance at an unbeatable price, FlexArc Solo ST is ABB's 'entry level' robot welding cell.
Based around the same, state-of-art robot welding technology as other FlexArc cells. The ST is supplied with the single welding table, offering a useful working area of 2100 x 80mm. This makes it ideal for small to medium-sized fabrications which require welding from one side, or can be turned over for welding in two operations.
FlexArc Solo TT
This twin-table robot welding cell brings excellent productivity gains, by allowing work to be loaded 'out-of-cycle; with no interruption of the process.
The welding tables are divided by a solid partition which permits simultaneous loading and welding.
The short distance between them makes the FlecArc Solo TT particularly well suited to tasks with rapid cycle times.
Each welding table provides a working area of 1000mm x 800mm.
FlexArc Solo MT
The top-of-the-range FlexArc Solo MT features a 2-position manual rotary indexing table, for high productivity with large or heavy workpieces.
The rotary table provides clear access for 'out-of-cycle' loading, by crane or hoist if required.
This system is also ideal for applications where loading and welding need to be carried out from the same side of the workpiece. For example, where sub-assemblies may need to be manually positioned prior to welding.
Each welding table provides a working area of 1200mm x 800mm. An optional powered indexing table can be specified.
